Come and join us for a day of rejuvenation,
balance and harmonisation in just the most
wonderful Worcestershire surroundings.
​
Our rejuvenation wellbeing retreats are not just
designed to learn, practice and experience
Qigong and Meditation, but to really
feel a sense of revitalised, immune boosting
nourishment for body and soul, together with a like
minded community. Open to everyone with no
previous experience necessary, a great taster for
the complete novice, but also catering for current
practitioners.

The day will consist of:
Dao Yin
Qigong
Meditation
Along with a delicious lunch and tea break provided by the venue itself.

Understanding the many layered principles of the Dao Yin Qigong sets & practice.

Mircocosmic Orbit - 4hrs £50
Understanding the natural flow of the MCO. The reasonings and affects of Jing/Qi/Shen alchemy practice of the MCO (specific meditation).
NB (Regarding the MCO workshop): Pregnant, breast feeding or future Mum's 'MUST NOT' attend this workshop for the safety of Mother & Child. Individuals diagnose with severe mental health issues, not 'normal' anxiety or depression but psychosis conditions must not attend this workshop for their own safety.

Qi Abnormalities - 4 hrs £50 Open to all
Signs & symptoms of Qi Abnormalities and corrections. The do's and don'ts of Qi cultivation.

Any exercises and practices may well be too strenuous or risky for some people and you should consult a qualified doctor before attempting anything from this website. It also advised that you proceed under the guidance of an experienced teacher to avoid injury and confusion.
