As the title suggest it will be an opportunity to go much deeper into your practice. Tea & Coffee provided, please feel free to bring any light food with you as there will be a 30min lunch break.

Meditation - merging with the Dao

Yi JIn Jing - Theory

 

Zhan Zhuang - Theory & Practical

Dao Yin - Practical

Cultivation - Theory & Practical

Understanding the natural flow of the MCO. The reasonings and affects of Jing/Qi/Shen alchemy practice of the MCO (specific meditation).

 

NB (Regarding the MCO workshop): Pregnant, breast feeding or future Mum's 'MUST NOT' attend this workshop for the safety of Mother & Child. Individuals diagnose with severe mental health issues, not 'normal' anxiety or depression but psychosis conditions must not attend this workshop for their own safety.

Qi Abnormalities - 4 hrs     £50     Open to all

Signs & symptoms of Qi Abnormalities and corrections. The do's and don'ts of Qi cultivation.
